Schools in trouble for hiding ethnicity of smart, stupid children

A bunch of schools are in trouble for not telling the ethnicity of certain students so they wouldn't lose their funding.

Basically "No Child Left Behind" says that minority students have to do better, but since they aren't, a bunch of schools are lumping the Mexicans who don't speak English in with Asians who are good at math to make it more balanced.

By doing this, you make sure no child is held behind, cause the stupid bitches go on forward thanks to the smart bitches holding them up. That's bullshit. Keep the dumb asses behind so they can be like 20 years old and not graduated and everyone can make fun of their stupid fug face.
